Out of town Trips Exceeding 15 Miles of the city limits, the fare will be one hundred and fifty percent (150%) of the metered rate rate.





Cancelation Fee:
My Cab Link charges a cancellation fee ($5) if you cancel more than 1 minute after requesting a ride.

However, if we expect your driver to be more than 5 minutes late (based on the current ETA), you may cancel without penalty.

Refund Policy:
We do not provide refunds.
